Andiamo (formally Pasta Vino) has new ownership and after careful consideration the restaurant name and menus have changed. The new menus will be a mix of classic and nouveau Regional Italian cuisine with fresh seafood and homemade pastas. Ala carte menus are offered for lunch and dinner as well as a two course prix fix menu for lunch and three course prix fix for dinner. Five and seven course chef’s tasting menus are also available for dinner. The executive chef is George Echeverria, formally of Amicale in Huntington. The inside of the restaurant was renovated and given a fresh new look.
